Set against the dramatic Black Mountain Range, this Rees Jones design is one of the areas great courses. When it was built the course was remote and desolate but the sprawl of Las Vegas has reached out to Rio Secco. The layout, which meanders through canyons, dried-out riverbeds and plateaus has brilliant views of the Vegas skyline from the highest holes. The signature hole is the par-four seventh with its green backed by a towering rock wall. Rio Secco is also home to the Butch Harmon School of Golf.
